ROOMS

  • Every room is cleaned daily between 9am - 4pm. The housekeeping will knock to notify of their intention to clean the room

Check In: 3pm
Check Out: 12pm

  • Rooms are available from 3pm and all residents shall check out before 12pm on the day of departure. And kindly notify us of your arrival time if you are arriving later than 5pm.
  • Early checking and late check out available upon the availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • FREE cancellation charge applies prior to 12:00 (local time), up to 3 days prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the amount due is not refundable, even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
  • Late cancellation or No Show will be penalty with the whole reservation reserved.

  • The Lobby is available for resident at 24 hours to relax your feet for both Pre & Post stay.

FOOD & ALCOHOL

  • No alcohol are allowed in the room, cool down room and common areas.
  • No outside food or drinks allowed in the bar and restaurant area.

SMOKING

  • Smoking inside the rooms are prohibited. Violation the rule will result in a charge of $US 60 in compliance of Cambodian law
  • Smoking is permitted in designated area only. Please ask our staff for the location of these designated areas.
